Qualifications

• Independent contributor on bankruptcy matters (filings, appearances, advisory work).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Judicial clerkship in bankruptcy or federal court (preferred).
• Experience teaching or creating legal instructional materials (preferred).
• Editorial experience with a legal journal or law review (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and annotate bankruptcy documents with expert commentary.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and court filings for bankruptcy scenarios.
• Evaluate hypothetical cases and provide well-reasoned explanations.
• Create educational content and datasets for AI training in bankruptcy practice.
• Assess model-generated legal answers for accuracy and alignment with current law.
• Engage in written and verbal communications to support AI training input.
• Identify trends in bankruptcy law to enhance project scope.
