Frontier AI Lab is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join as a remote contractor. You will analyze and annotate bankruptcy-related documents, draft motions and pleadings, and provide well-reasoned explanations for AI training data.

The role emphasizes strong legal writing and independent contributor experience, with preferred clerkship and teaching background. The position supports training AI models on bankruptcy practice, requiring clear written communication and up-to-date knowledge of U.S.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States, with a minimum of 3 to 10+ years of hands-on bankruptcy law experience.
• Direct experience as an independent contributor on bankruptcy matters, including filings, court appearances, and advisory work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Judicial clerkship experience, particularly for a bankruptcy or federal judge (preferred).
• Experience teaching law or creating legal instructional materials (preferred).
• Editorial experience with a legal journal or law review during law school (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, review, and annotate bankruptcy-related legal documents for AI training input.
• Draft sample motions, pleadings, and court filings reflecting bankruptcy scenarios.
• Evaluate hypothetical legal scenarios and provide well-reasoned written explanations and arguments.
• Contribute to educational content and model training datasets in bankruptcy practice.
• Assess model-generated legal answers for accuracy and clarity under U.S. bankruptcy law.
• Participate in written and verbal communications to ensure high-quality inputs for AI training.
• Identify bankruptcy law trends to enhance project quality and breadth.
