Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• 3–15 years of hands-on bankruptcy-law experience.
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and court filings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clerkship with a bankruptcy or federal judge is preferred.
• Experience creating teaching materials or legal instructional content is preferred.
• Legal journal or law review editorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and annotate bankruptcy-related documents with expert feedback.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and court filings for common and complex bankruptcy scenarios.
• Evaluate hypothetical matters and provide clear, well-reasoned explanations.
• Create educational content and training datasets for bankruptcy practice.
• Assess AI-generated legal responses for accuracy and clarity under current U.S. law.
• Provide precise written and verbal input for AI training activities.
