Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file bankruptcy-related pleadings.
• Manage all aspects of bankruptcy matters including proofs of claim, motions for relief, and adversary proceedings.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, and court hearings.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on case status.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.
