BMO Financial Group is seeking a seasoned Retail Banking Sales & Service leader in the United States (Long Beach area) to drive sales programs and growth. The role acts as market expert, builds relationships, and partners with stakeholders to execute business plans and referrals.

The role requires extensive experience in retail banking, compliance with CFPB/SAFE Act, and strong analytical, presentation, and collaboration skills to grow market share and improve client impact.

Qualificações

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in retail banking and financial services.
• Meets CFPB and Safe Act requirements and adheres to compliance guidelines.
• In-depth knowledge of retail products and retail branch networks.
• Strong presentation and time management skills.
• Proven business development success.
• Customer-oriented with focus on excellent customer experience.
• Collaborative with cross-team partners and stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver sales activities and results for designated retail programs/products.
• Act as market expert to grow market share and represent programs at calls/events.
• Identify and refer business opportunities to key partners and schedule events/seminars.
• Develop and execute a market business plan with sales strategies.
• Establish strong partnerships with colleagues and senior leaders in the market.
• Lead reporting and analytics to inform business decisions and measure performance.
• Manage operating expenses and contribute to cost controls.
• Support communication strategies to influence behavior and align messaging.
