Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking.
• Minimum of one year of contact center experience.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from all queues, including account questions and product information.
• Support digital banking services and debit card processing.
• De-escalate situations or escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Own customer requests through to resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and policies.
• Attend weekly quality review meetings and monthly departmental meetings.
• Adhere to agent metrics for calls, schedule adherence, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
