Job summary

Oriental in San Juan, Puerto Rico, seeks an Advisor for its Remote Network (Concierge) to deliver personalized financial service to high-end clients in a hybrid in-person/remote setting.

You will manage key relationships, assist with banking transactions, and promote cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance and superior service. Strong English/Spanish, banking knowledge, and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three (3) years of experience in Call Center / Contact Center, Branches, and/or retail channels management environment required.
• Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience with financial / banking products and knowledge of banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage high value customer relations and offer the right solutions by understanding needs and providing concierge service.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and service requirements while building relationships.
• Anticipate and resolve client requests while meeting engagement and service targets.
