Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• Three years of Call Center/Contact Center, Branch or retail channel experience.
• Excellent consulting, sales, interpersonal and written/spoken communication.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage high value customer relations and offer solutions to needs.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and services while building relationships.
• Anticipate and resolve requests to exceed expectations, comply with targets.
• Cross-sell bank products and maintain client retention strategies.
• Follow up on issues and ensure satisfaction while escalating when needed.
• Promote digital channels for customer convenience and handle deposits.
