Job summary

Titan AI in the United States seeks an inventive engineer to own client engagements, building agentic workflows on the Titan platform and toolkit for banking use cases. You’ll configure agents, write integrations, design evals, and wire up observability for production readiness, while partnering with clients and our platform team.

The growth path leads toward senior architectural ownership and off-platform builds, with a remote-first environment and regular client travel.

Qualifications

• Strong background in full-stack development with backend emphasis (Python).
• Experience building agentic workflows and integrations for production.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgents and AI model SDKs.
• Awareness of AI security, data controls, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship agentic workflows on the Titan platform for banking use cases (lending, credit, compliance, ops).
• Configure agents, write integrations, design evaluations, and wire observability for production.
• Partner with clients—operators, analysts, and engineers—to gather requirements and demonstrate progress.
• Iterate rapidly from hypothesis to shipped product and capture patterns for future builds.
• Learn banking domain rapidly through immersion in risk, controls, and regulatory context.
