Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager for AMER Bank Partnerships. The role focuses on developing and executing initiatives with bank partners, coordinating with Product to support Treasury, Issuing, Capital, and Crypto offerings, and managing multi-stakeholder relationships across Risk, Compliance, and Finance.

You will negotiate, sign, and manage strategic partnerships with global banks to enable Stripe’s MaaS product line and drive new capabilities for Stripe users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships or related field with banking/fintech experience.
• Experience negotiating complex bank deals and scaling them across partners.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact partnership initiatives with AMER bank partners.
• Coordinate with Product to support Treasury, Issuing, Capital and Crypto lines.
• Lead partner relationships, define requirements, negotiate and manage agreements.
• Engage with senior partner executives and internal stakeholders to align on strategies.
• Design money movement models and go-to-market approaches with partners.
