Job summary

Speechify in the United States is seeking a senior backend engineer (TS/Node) to design, build, and maintain robust APIs and services across payments, analytics, subscriptions, text-to-speech, and external APIs. This is a fully remote role in a fast-paced, distributed team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy, own high-availability deployments on cloud platforms, and contribute to an async, results-driven culture with stock options

Qualifications

• Proven backend development experience with TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of designing scalable, high-performance APIs.
• Experience deploying apps in Kubernetes is preferred.
