Job summary

Growthline Partners, LLC is seeking a hands-on engineering lead to own the backend integration layer for an AI-powered SDR demo. You will design APIs, connect n8n workflows, and integrate Microsoft Graph and Zoho CRM at scale.

You’ll build secure services with FastAPI/Flask, manage authentication flows, and ensure reliable, auditable data across systems. Collaboration with prompts and delivery teams is essential to ship enterprise-grade demos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in backend engineering for SaaS platforms.
• Experience with workflow engines (n8n) and Python services.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Graph and Zoho CRM APIs.
• Security, reliability, logging, and observability practices.

Responsibilities

• Own backend integration layer and orchestration across enterprise SaaS APIs.
• Secure services and manage OAuth2 flows for MS Graph and Zoho CRM.
• Build adapters for Lyzr endpoints and LinkedIn enrichment; log to CRM.
• Instrument reliability with logging, retries, DLQs, and metrics.
• Translate playbooks into callable services and document them.
• Ensure scalable deployment with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud.
