Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Able to navigate a large code base and review others' code.
- Familiar with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
- Strong verbal and written communication for global teams.
- Ownership mindset and proactive growth mindset.
- Ability to design, develop and launch backend systems; proficient in Python or Kotlin.
Responsibilities
- Break down larger projects into smaller tasks and deliver in phases.
- Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and stakeholders.
- Support operations and on-call efforts; monitor and maintain artifacts.
- Contribute to interview process and team growth.
