Affirm is seeking a Batch Developer Experience engineer for a remote-first role. You will build tools to streamline batch workflows, improve testing reliability, and scale critical workloads across the company.

You will break down projects, collaborate with product, design, and analytics, and contribute to on-call reliability. The role requires backend experience in Python or Kotlin and knowledge of distributed systems, AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.

Qualificações

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Designing, building and shipping backend systems in Python or Kotlin.
• Experience with distributed systems and AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to turn simple problems into clear, multi-component solutions.
• Comfortable navigating large codebases and contributing in code reviews.
• Strong communication and ownership of personal growth.
