Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend design, development and deployment with Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems; AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes knowledge.
• Translate business problems into multi-component solutions with tested code.
• Comfortable navigating large code bases and participating in code reviews.
• Proactive about feedback, growth, and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Break down large projects into tasks, deliver in phases and coordinate across teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering, articulate constraints and trade-offs.
