• Detail orientation and ability to follow SOPs precisely.

Responsibilities

• Process back-office work orders and service requests with no direct customer contact.
• Perform data entry and database research to support onshore teams.
• Research missing containers/files and update records per SOPs.
• Route internal communications and callbacks to onshore teams.
• Notify operations of schedule changes affecting service delivery.
• Process destruction and permanent-out work orders per SOPs.
• Enter and import customer data accurately per SOPs.
• Handle printed barcode requests per SOPs.
• Maintain SOP compliance and complete daily tasks.
• Escalate issues following proper SOPs when needed.
