Job summary

Talentoma seeks a Back Office Representative to handle internal requests, provide updates, and close requests with clear notes. This fully remote role is based from New York with a 40-hour workweek, varying shifts, and collaboration across the operations team.

You will work with service representatives, manage CRM data, and ensure accurate, timely information changes while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; related back office or office support experience preferred.
• Clear written communication for acknowledgments and updates.
• Ability to learn request tracking, CRM, and spreadsheet systems via guidance.

Responsibilities

• Receive internal requests via shared email and support platform; acknowledge and identify outcome.
• Check requests for instructions, reference details, and missing information.
• Review contact info and service history in CRM to avoid duplication.
• Ask focused questions when details conflict to obtain needed info.
• Make permitted updates using established instructions; limit changes to the request.
