You will acknowledge requests, verify details, use CRM systems, and communicate progress to teammates. Training will cover the named systems, with emphasis on accuracy and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No formal experience required; back office experience preferred.
• Ability to learn request tracking and spreadsheet systems.
• Clear written communication for acknowledgments and notes.

Responsibilities

• Receive internal requests via email queue and support platform, acknowledge receipt and identify outcome.
• Check requests for complete instructions and missing information before action.
• Review contact info and service history in a CRM to avoid duplication.
• Ask focused questions when details conflict and gather needed information.
• Update routine service information with established instructions only.
• Maintain trackers using spreadsheets and data-entry tools, log ownership and status.
• Communicate progress to internal contacts and distinguish completed from pending items.
• Follow up on unanswered questions and escalate as needed.
• Confirm updates, send concise outcomes, and close requests with clear notes.
• Meet quality standards with timely updates, complete notes, and thorough follow-up.
