Henry Schein One in the United States is seeking a driven Telesales Agent (Universal Sales Representative) to help consumers choose the right Dental Savings Plan via inbound and outbound calls. This full-time, remote role offers a base hourly rate and uncapped commissions.

You’ll work a 40-hour schedule with shifts between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM EST, may require overtime during peak periods, and you'll leverage your call center experience, strong communication, and product knowledge to meet sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of call center sales experience.
• Previous DTC/B2C sales experience preferred.
• Able to work a 40-hour schedule with occasional overtime.
• Home office with no disruptive background noise.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to recommend the best DSP.
• Enroll consumers via company marketing efforts.
• Hit monthly sales goals, conversions, and KPIs.
• Build trust through professional, clear communication.
• Explain enrollment and renewal processes in simple terms.
• Follow a compliant sales call flow and document interactions.
