Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in social media or related fields.
• Experience independently managing professional social media channels, publishing schedules, and content calendars.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and editorial judgment, including the ability to simplify complex subject matter.
• Strong understanding of B2B social media and content marketing.
• Experience with social media scheduling, management, and analytics platforms.
• Strong organization, project management, stakeholder management, and deadline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media plans across relevant platforms, including calendars and publishing schedules.
• Write and edit engaging, on-brand social copy and adapt articles, webinars, customer stories, presentations, and announcements into social content.
• Develop creative briefs and direction for graphics, video, and digital assets; collaborate with the Brand Creative Team.
• Work with executives and subject-matter experts to translate technical topics into accessible content with a consistent brand voice.
• Apply editorial judgment and coordinate client, project, legal, and confidentiality approvals before publication.
• Support website copy, articles, and campaign messaging; coordinate industry award submissions.
• Assist with executive perspectives, thought leadership, conference communications, event promotions, and post-event recaps.
