Work with executives and subject‑matter experts to translate technical topics into accessible content while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Apply sound editorial judgment and coordinate appropriate client, project, legal, and confidentiality approvals before publication.
Support website copy, articles, employee and project spotlights, campaign messaging, and other branded marketing communications materials. Coordinate industry award submissions, including information gathering, drafting, stakeholder input, and deadline management. Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement with customers, prospects, partners, employees, and industry communities and support executive visibility and employee advocacy. Track reach, engagement, traffic, audience growth, and other relevant performance indicators, sharing regular reports and actionable recommendations. Test messaging, formats, and approaches, using audience insights and performance data to continuously improve results.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communications, leadership, the Brand Creative Team, and subject‑matter experts to support marketing and business objectives.
