Division50 is hiring a full-time SDR to support a client offering a customer communication and conversational AI platform. The role involves identifying businesses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, qualifying needs, and booking discovery meetings or product demos for the client’s sales team.

You will conduct outreach in English and Arabic, qualify prospects, maintain CRM records, and aim to book around 20 meetings per month, with a path to full-time based on performance.

Formación

• Proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience in CRM, SaaS, or customer engagement platforms.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Experience prospecting into the UAE or Saudi market.
• Understanding of messaging-based sales and automation.
• Ability to connect software features to sales outcomes.
• Strong cold-calling, objection-handling, research, and follow-up skills.
• Experience managing an outbound pipeline using CRM systems.
• Availability for a full-time schedule aligned with UAE/SA business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Research businesses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia that generate leads or serve customers via messaging channels.
• Identify decision-makers across sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and ownership.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach in English and Arabic.
• Explain the value of a unified inbox, contact management, campaigns, and AI-assisted engagement.
• Qualify prospects based on channels, inquiry volume, team structure, tools, and buying timeline.
• Book 20 qualified meetings per month and support attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share discovery notes with the sales team.
