Job summary

Nations Roof is hiring a Business Development Representative for a remote, nationwide role. You will drive expansion through outbound calls, emails, and market research across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, building relationships with new and existing clients.

The position requires at least 2 years of B2B and cold-calling experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently from anywhere in the U.S. A base salary of 50,000 with incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B and cold-calling experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Sales experience in commercial roofing or construction is a plus.
• Background in call centers or expo sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through B2B outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the nationwide sales team to grow your territory.
• Utilize CRM systems, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to manage pipelines and track results.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
