Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive sales of Genius and other solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.

The role emphasizes field prospecting, in-person and virtual presentations, and a strong emphasis on building a robust sales pipeline. You will collaborate with your District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close deals with a short sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales (1+ year outside sales)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willing to spend 75% of time in the field with a valid driver’s license
• Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtual
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales
• Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce with call notes and follow-ups
