Job summary

Soar With Us is seeking a Content Marketing Manager on a 12-month FTC – maternity cover. Hybrid/flexible work, with Leeds office optional, and a compensation of £32,000–£35,000 DOE.

You will own the content strategy to drive leads through lead magnets, ads, newsletters, case studies and organic channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with the broader marketing team to plan, brief and execute compelling hero content, measure lead impact, and optimize campaigns across

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating lead-generating content and campaigns.
• Portfolio showing written and video content with measurable results.
• Experience in B2B lead generation and content strategy.
• Ability to plan across paid ads, newsletters, case studies, and socials.

Responsibilities

• Own the content that turns attention into leads for The Soar Group across lead magnets, paid ads, the newsletter, case studies and organic channels.
• Lead the ideation and execution of lead magnets and video content for use across the marketing ecosystem.
• Build a promotional plan for every piece of lead generation content you create and brief campaigns to run in sync with other channels.
• Ideate and create video and static content to run as paid ads, collaborating with in-house creative teams.
• Develop static and video ads for the newsletter to grow subscribers over the next 12 months.
