Casainc is seeking multiple commission-based Sales Representatives to expand our presence in key U.S. regions, including California, Texas, New York, and Florida.

This remote-based role requires frequent local travel to meet clients on-site and sell our kitchen and bath products to dealers, designers, contractors, and showrooms. You will build strong relationships, drive sales, and identify new opportunities while receiving extensive product training, marketing materials, and CRM support in a

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience in bathroom, kitchen, home improvement, or building materials.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with ability to work independently in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region; valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with basic office software to manage leads and sales reports.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners in the assigned region.
• Promote and sell kitchen and bath product lines to meet client needs and drive sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and prospect new B2B clients.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and professional consultations to customers.
• Collaborate with support teams to prepare quotations and process orders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities; provide market feedback.
