Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking an experienced cold caller and appointment setter to open doors with US healthcare organizations. You’ll reach decision-makers at physician practices, home health agencies, SNFs, and senior living communities, booking qualified meetings with our partnerships team.

This education-first, consultative role is fully remote from the Philippines, operating during US business hours. A proven track record, excellent English, and CRM/dialer experience will help you succeed and

Qualifications

3+ years of proven cold calling experience with US clients (B2B strongly preferred).
Highly proficient spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
Track record of hitting call and booked-meeting targets; share numbers.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US physician practices, home health agencies, SNFs and senior living communities.
Get past front desk staff to reach practice managers and decision-makers.
Educate offices on how Total Life supports patients and Medicare programs (e.g., CMS ACCESS Model).
Book qualified meetings between prospects and the partnerships team.
Follow up on warm leads from email campaigns and conferences.
