Mintskill HR Solutions LLP is seeking a Business Development Intern to help identify potential clients for its executive search, HR advisory, talent solutions and Zoho/digital transformation services. The role involves researching target companies, identifying key decision-makers and initiating conversations to set up meetings with leadership and consulting teams.

This performance-driven internship is remote, with potential to move into full-time based on performance.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM, BBA, BMS, Commerce, Engineering or related programs
• Own laptop with reliable internet connection
• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills

Responsibilities

• Research target companies and identify decision-makers
• Map and reach out to Founders, CXOs, HR Heads and Talent Acquisition leaders
• Engage via LinkedIn, email and phone calls
• Qualify prospects and follow up on conversations
• Set up meetings for Mintskill's leadership and consulting teams
• Maintain CRM records of prospects, conversations and opportunities
• Track market signals like hiring trends and leadership changes
