CyberCoders is seeking a 100% remote Full Desk Recruiter to drive sourcing and client relationships in a fast-paced B2B sales environment. This fully remote role requires residency in EST or CST time zones to coordinate with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in B2B sales, recruiting, and outside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct cold calls and prospect effectively.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with drive for results and growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening and placement of candidates across roles.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs and culture.
• Utilize B2B sales strategies to identify and attract potential clients.
• Perform cold calls and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and talent needs.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to clients.
