Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced B2B marketer to own demand generation campaigns within our Accountancy marketing team. You will plan, deliver and optimise campaigns across email, webinars, events and digital channels to generate leads and build sales pipeline.

This hands-on role involves collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing and external agencies, with opportunities to cover the Marketing Manager and develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and delivering B2B marketing campaigns.
• Experience generating leads and building sales pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and agencies.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to report ROI.
• Experience with SaaS or software markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign management: Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, webinars, events, digital channels, content and thought leadership.
• Demand generation: Develop campaigns that attract potential customers, generate qualified leads and create sales opportunities.
• End-to-end ownership: Manage campaigns from planning and audience targeting through to delivery, reporting and optimisation.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Marketing, internal teams and agencies to coordinate campaigns, agree messaging and meet deadlines.
• Events and webinars: Coordinate marketing events and webinars, including promotion, content, speakers and follow-up activity.
• Performance analysis: Track campaign engagement, leads, conversions, pipeline contribution and ROI, using data to recommend improvements.
• Marketing Manager cover: Step up when required to coordinate priorities, support colleagues, resolve day-to-day issues and maintain campaign delivery.
• Marketing improvement: Explore new approaches, including AI, automation, account-based marketing and changing digital search behaviours.
• Remote working, with occasional opportunities to meet and collaborate in person.
• Campaign ownership, with responsibility for planning, delivering and improving demand generation activity.
• Broader responsibility, including opportunities to cover for the Marketing Manager and develop leadership experience.
