Job summary

IRIS Software Group, a leading UK software company, is seeking an experienced B2B marketer to join our Accountancy marketing team. You’ll own demand generation campaigns to generate leads and grow the sales pipeline.

This hands-on role offers remote work across the UK with occasional travel and opportunities to cover for the Marketing Manager, collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence demand-gen strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales pipeline.
• Hands-on experience using channels such as email, webinars, events, digital advertising, content or landing pages.
• Experience managing campaigns from initial brief through to launch, reporting and improvement.
• Confidence analysing campaign results, understanding what works and making recommendations using data.
• Experience working with Sales, Product Marketing, senior stakeholders and external agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, competing deadlines and changing priorities.
• Confidence making decisions, influencing others and stepping up for the Marketing Manager when required.
• Clear briefs, review campaign content and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, webinars, events, digital channels, content and thought leadership.
• Develop campaigns that attract potential customers, generate qualified leads and create sales opportunities.
• Manage campaigns from planning and audience targeting through to delivery, reporting and optimisation.
• Work with Sales, Product Marketing, internal teams and agencies to coordinate campaigns, agree messaging and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate marketing events and webinars, including promotion, content, speakers and follow-up activity.
• Track campaign engagement, leads, conversions, pipeline contribution and ROI, using data to recommend improvements.
• Step up when required to coordinate priorities, support colleagues, resolve day-to-day issues and maintain campaign delivery.
• Explore new approaches, including AI, automation, account-based marketing and changing digital search behaviours.
