Job summary

Kohler Co. is hiring an Associate Customer Service Representative (B2B) for a remote role requiring residence within 75 miles of Kohler, WI.

You will be the primary contact for domestic and international customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issues to ensure timely resolution. In this role you will use KCIC, SharePoint, and EDI tools, develop product knowledge, and support order fulfillment while pursuing process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven 2+ years total work experience, with 1+ years in Customer Service.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel for business tasks (data entry, formatting, simple charts, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Lead point of contact handling customer inquiries via phone and email, including orders, pricing, claims, returns, and more.
• Process orders through entry, fulfillment, shipments, tracking, and related activities.
• Learn products, applications, and distribution basics to assist customers through order fulfillment.
• Advocate self-service tools (KCIC, SharePoint, EDI) to empower customers.
• Drive first contact resolution and maintain service level adherence.
• Support process improvement, cost reduction, and customer experience initiatives.
• Adhere to policies, schedules, and procedures for reliable service.
