Expect field days, client visits, and remote work several days weekly. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B sales within construction/insurance, executive presence, CRM discipline, and a valid driver’s license with a vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B. Construction, insurance, engineering sales = you're on the fast-pass.
• Top one-percent work ethic. Seriously. Cut two.
• Executive presence. Boardrooms, cold calls, lunches with foremen, all the same to you.
• Driver's license + vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell engineering and insurance recovery services to owners, boards, property managers, GCs and developers.
• Drive deals monthly; lead velocity and decision-making with authority.
• Own a market; close deals with uncapped commissions.
• Maintain CRM hygiene to track pipeline and activity.
