You’ll operate from the field and via CRM routines, with uncapped commissions and a strong first-year OTE emphasis. This is heavy on execution, velocity, and building a lasting market presence.

Qualifications

• 3 years B2B sales (Construction, Insurance, Engineering).
• Top one-percent work ethic.
• Executive presence in boardrooms, luncheons, cold calls.
• CRM data hygiene.
• Driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Close high-ticket, multi-million projects.
• Move leads to decisions with authority.
• Drive 10–12 deals/month in the field and via CRM.
• Build pipeline, pitch like a boss, close deals.
• Follow-up relentlessly and own the market.
