Job summary

Ironpaper is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead digital and inbound marketing initiatives remotely from anywhere in the US (excluding California). You will manage up to 10 clients, translate strategy into monthly action plans, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver growth.

The role requires strong analytics, CRO oversight, and excellent client communication. You will oversee marketing technologies, guide CRO and SEO activities, and ensure month-over-month growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined experience in digital marketing, team management, and client relationships.
• Agency experience is highly preferred, and B2B experience is required.
• Strong inbound marketing knowledge and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of results-driven digital and inbound marketing campaigns.
• Manage up to 10 clients and translate strategy into monthly plans.
• Review work for substance and relevance before delivering to clients.
• Incorporate CRO activities and monitor performance metrics.
• Act as primary client contact and set expectations with agendas and recaps.
• Oversee marketing technologies such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
