Job summary

Power Digital in the United States is seeking an Account Director to own a portfolio of 4–6 B2B accounts and drive growth using our proprietary Power Circuit system. You will diagnose constraints, build strategy, and hold teams accountable for execution across marketing and sales.

You will collaborate with client sales leadership on ICP refinement, lead scoring, and pipeline health while maintaining senior relationships and expanding monthly recurring revenue. A hybrid/remote setup is available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing with client-facing or consultative experience.
• Has worked with sales teams directly and understands MQL→SQL handoffs.
• Fluent in B2B dynamics: long cycles, high-ACV pipeline.
• Knows pipeline attribution and MMM limitations.
• Experience presenting to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong track record of retaining and growing accounts.
• ABM strategy experience, not just execution.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 4–6 B2B accounts and drive growth.
• Lead strategy using Power Circuit reviews across six pillars.
• Refine ICPs, lead scoring, and pipeline health with sales.
• Maintain senior client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, ABM & creative work around a single strategy.
• Ensure renewals, expand MRR, and manage multi-level client contacts.
• Coach analysts and specialists on accounts.
