Job summary

Modern Design Platform is seeking a remote freelance campaign specialist to organize and execute a focused outreach campaign for architecture, interior design firms and hospitality brands. You will write thoughtful outreach, research organizations, follow up personally and maintain accurate records, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.

Initial engagement is three months, part-time with potential to extend into a full-time role or longer-term contract based on results.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering targeted B2B campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong research, writing, organization and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with senior professionals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a prioritized list of 75–100 organizations and key contacts.
• Adapt approved materials into concise outreach for email, LinkedIn and calls.
• Arrange qualified demonstrations and manage invitations and reminders.
• Maintain HubSpot records with campaign activity and next actions.
• Provide a weekly progress report with results and adjustments.
