Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cash application, A/R, billing, A/P, and expense management.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud Fusion for financial operations.
• Ability to research and resolve discrepancies across cash application, billing, and payables.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Organized approach to follow-ups, documentation, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash application of customer receipts in Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Initiate ACH debit payments and reconcile to invoices.
• Research unapplied cash and discrepancies across cash, billing, and payables.
• Process AR aging requests with supporting detail.
• Send weekly late-payer emails and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account issues and collect outstanding balances.
• Assist with customer account inquiries, discrepancies, and collection-related research.
• Support invoicing, validation, processing, and distribution of bills.
• Review and process vendor invoices for payment with proper approvals.
• Assist with expense report reviews and travel expense management.
• Monitor Chase corporate card transactions and ensure receipts are submitted timely.
