Dreambound Inc. is seeking a Billing Analyst to handle B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a remote setting. You will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle and templates, process memos, and apply billing terms from contracts and SOPs.

You will review terms, perform reconciliations, and address inquiries while coordinating with global stakeholders and BPO partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to work remotely with diverse, global stakeholders including BPO partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos as approved requests.
• Review contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to seniors.
• Follow controls to support month-end close and audit requests.
