Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer (Azure) to architect and build cloud-native, API-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure for secure data movement and orchestration across enterprise systems. You will own the API lifecycle, implement security with Azure AD, and collaborate with Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience architecting Azure-based solutions with Azure Functions, Data Factory, and Storage.
• Strong API lifecycle management with Azure API Management and OpenAPI.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Data JPA, Spring Boot, and GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Azure-based data movement and orchestration solutions.
• Own the full API lifecycle using Azure API Management with REST/OpenAPI.
• Implement API security with Azure AD, including mTLS and throttling.
• Develop APIs using GraphQL, Java, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Boot.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with Git and GitHub Actions in Agile teams.
