Job summary
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in the United States is seeking an experienced Cloud Application Developer to modernize enterprise applications and migrate Power Platform solutions to Azure-native architectures.
You will assess Power Apps, define migration approaches, and design cloud-native apps using React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and Azure data/services, while implementing CI/CD, security, and observability through Azure and GitHub tooling.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise app development, cloud app modernization.
- Hands-on Azure cloud-native architecture and development experience.
- Experience migrating Power Platform or Power Apps to Azure.
- Proficient in React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Experience with GitHub/GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and monitoring with Application Insights.
Responsibilities
- Assess Power Apps/Power Platform apps and define migration strategies to Azure-native solutions.
- Design and develop cloud-native apps using React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and Azure services.
- Model data with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL, including migration and performance optimization.
- Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, including monitoring and observability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams during modernization efforts.
