Job summary
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Cloud Application Developer to modernize enterprise applications and migrate Power Platform solutions to Azure-native apps. You will assess Power Apps, define migration strategies, and develop cloud-native software using React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and Azure services.
You will collaborate with security, architecture, and infrastructure teams to drive deployment, production readiness, and observability.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise application development experience.
- Strong hands-on Azure cloud-native architecture and development experience.
- Proficient in React, .NET, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, and Application Insights.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing Power Platform applications and document architecture and migration strategies.
- Design and develop cloud-native enterprise apps using React, .NET, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps; ensure monitoring and observability with Application Insights.
- Provide technical leadership in modernization, architecture reviews, and code reviews; mentor teams.
