Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Cloud Application Developer to modernize enterprise applications and migrate Power Platform solutions to Azure-native applications.

You will assess current Power Apps, define migration approaches, and design cloud-native apps using React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and Azure services. You will also build data solutions with Cosmos DB and SQL, and manage CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise application development, cloud application development, and/or cloud modernization.
• Strong hands-on Azure cloud-native architecture and development experience.
• Experience migrating Power Apps/Power Platform to Azure-native solutions.
• Experience with React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing Power Apps and Power Platform apps, document architecture and migration strategies for Azure.
• Design and develop cloud-native enterprise apps using React, .NET, REST APIs, microservices on Azure.
• Develop cloud data solutions with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL, including models and migration approaches.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, enabling automated builds, tests, deployments, and observability via Application Insights.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring for modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
