Mactores is seeking a remote, results-driven business development professional to drive named relationships with AWS field teams across the US. You will frame modernization opportunities, anchor conversations with case studies, and hand off to forward-deployed engineers for architecture walkthroughs.

Expect travel ~30% across AWS offices and events. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in BDR/partner roles, comfort with AWS partner programs, and strong business-value articulation to convert pipeline

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a BDR, SDR, or partner-development role.
• Comfort talking to AWS field teams; experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, or MAP is a plus.
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and discuss case studies without debugging code.
• Strong ability to articulate business value and frame customer problems clearly.
• Self-managed, remote-friendly, with travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Build coverage across AWS US sales territories: account managers, ISMs, partner-development managers, and specialist sellers (Data, AI/ML, Modernization).
• Reach out, follow up, attend AWS Summits and regional partner events, and build named relationships.
• Walk AWS reps through agent-native AWS modernization and why it's different from others.
• Anchor conversations in shipped Mactores case studies: named customer, baseline, outcome, time-to-value.
• Identify customer fit, frame the business problem, articulate Mactores' value, and tee up the technical demo.
• Hand off to the forward-deployed engineer for architecture walkthrough; ensure a qualified room.
• Source Amazon-originated opportunities into the Mactores pipeline, register them in ACE, and keep the AWS rep in the loop.
• Provide market signal feedback to leadership about customer needs and messaging.
