Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Data & AI Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the intersection of enterprise cloud architecture and client delivery. You will own the full delivery lifecycle for high‑impact accounts, architecting resilient AWS environments, modernizing legacy infrastructure, and deploying GenAI architectures.

This remote, full‑time role requires strong AWS expertise, IaC with Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation, and experience guiding C‑level stakeholders through cloud modernization

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cloud Architecture, DevOps/SRE, or software engineering with AWS focus.
• 3+ years in client-facing consulting or Forward Deployed Engineering role.
• Deep AWS core expertise across IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB.
• IaC and CI/CD using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation; GitHub/GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Cloud Architecture & Implementation: Design, build, and deploy secure, scalable AWS architectures using IaC and microservices/serverless patterns.
• Enterprise Customer Delivery: Lead as primary technical expert on enterprise client engagements with C‑level stakeholders.
• Cloud Migration & Application Modernization: Migrate from on‑prem to AWS and modernize legacy apps.
• AWS GenAI & ML: Architect and deploy GenAI/ML workloads with Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch.
• Drive Platform Adoption & Growth: Identify new workloads and drive AWS consumption with client leadership.
• Technical Mentorship & Practice Building: Mentor engineers and build reusable cloud delivery patterns.
