Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Data & AI Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the intersection of enterprise cloud architecture, hands‑on engineering, and client‑facing delivery. You will own the full delivery lifecycle for high‑impact enterprise accounts—architecting resilient cloud‑native environments and deploying state‑of‑the‑art AI architectures on AWS.

As an FDE, you will drive AWS adoption and consumption growth by identifying new workloads, building POCs, and aligning with client executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Architecture, DevOps/SRE, or Software Engineering with a focus on AWS.
• 3+ years in a client-facing consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering role.
• Deep AWS Core Expertise across IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Route 53.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & CI/CD with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS GenAI & Data Services experience with Bedrock, SageMaker, Glue, Redshift, or OpenSearch.
• AWS Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect – Professional and/or AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Cloud Architecture & Implementation: Design, build, and deploy secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures on AWS using IaC and modern patterns.
• Enterprise Customer Delivery: Lead strategic enterprise engagements with CIOs/CTOs to translate goals into high-performing AWS solutions.
• Cloud Migration & Application Modernization: Lead large migrations to AWS and re-architect legacy apps toward serverless or containerized architectures.
• AWS Generative AI & Machine Learning: Architect and deploy GenAI/ML workloads using Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch, and vector databases.
• Drive Platform Adoption & Growth: Identify new workloads and ROI opportunities, driving AWS consumption with client leadership.
• Technical Mentorship & Practice Building: Coach engineers, build accelerators, and codify best practices.
