Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Data & AI Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients and lead full delivery lifecycles on AWS cloud, GenAI workloads, and modernization projects.

You will partner with CIOs/CTOs and client teams to design secure, scalable architectures, migrate legacy systems, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Bedrock and SageMaker. Strong client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cloud Architecture, DevOps/SRE, or Software Engineering focused on AWS.
• 3+ years in client-facing consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Deep AWS Core expertise across IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Route 53.
• IaC & CI/CD: Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation with automated pipelines.
• Experience with AWS GenAI & Data Services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Glue, Redshift, OpenSearch).
• AWS Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect – Professional and/or AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional; other specialties a plus.
• Enterprise delivery track record with Fortune 500/mid-market clients.
• Ability to whiteboard complex architectures and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy secure, scalable AWS cloud architectures using IaC and modern microservices/serverless patterns.
• Lead primary technical delivery on strategic enterprise engagements with CIOs/CTOs and client teams.
• Migrate from on-premises or legacy platforms to AWS and modernize applications for serverless or containerized deployments.
• Architect and deploy GenAI/ML workloads using Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch, and vector databases.
• Identify high-value cloud workloads, drive AWS adoption and ROI for client leadership.
• Mentor Cloud Engineers and Solutions Architects; contribute to reusable modules and Well-Architected practices.
• Drive accelerator programs and best practices across RevStar delivery teams.
