Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks an experienced AWS Connect Developer to design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for voice and digital customer interactions. You will configure call routing, IVR workflows, queues, and contact flows, and support omnichannel interactions across voice, chat, email, and SMS.

You will build integrations with CRM systems, leverage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure stability.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in contact center technologies or customer service platforms.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and other enterprise applications.
Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for voice and digital customer interactions.
Configure and optimize call routing, IVR workflows, queues, and contact flows.
Support omnichannel interactions including voice, chat, email, and SMS.
Build integrations between Amazon Connect, CRM platforms, and other systems.
Work with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver solutions and improvements.
