Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking an Associate Vice President of Reporting & Analytics to lead enterprise reporting and data initiatives tied to Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSRs). This remote role requires hands‑on leadership, strong SQL skills, and the ability to scale a modern data environment in a regulated mortgage environment.

You will manage a small team, partner with stakeholders, and ensure outputs meet investor, regulatory, and internal requirements while driving automation and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct mortgage servicing experience (non-negotiable).
• Deep understanding of mortgage servicing lifecycle, MSRs, regulatory frameworks, agency guidelines, state rules.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL skills and data analytics background.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise reporting strategy across operations, finance, and compliance.
• Support regulatory reporting and audits (state, federal, and agency-level).
• Manage data governance, data integrity, and secure data flows across systems.
