Job summary

Soni, a leading financial services organization, seeks an experienced Reporting & Analysis professional to drive enterprise-wide reporting, data analysis, and reporting strategy. You will oversee a broad portfolio of operational, financial, and compliance reporting, partnering with business and tech teams to improve data quality and analytics capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL and data-analysis experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SQL and data analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with experience in large datasets.
  • Experience leading reporting initiatives and projects.
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and improve enterprise reporting frameworks, processes, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain operational, financial, compliance, and business reporting.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and data extracts.
  • Validate, reconcile, and document data, reporting processes, and methodologies.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Lead implementation of reporting and analytics solutions, including Power BI.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and standardize reporting processes.
  • Support regulatory, audit, and external reporting requirements.
  • Monitor data quality and reporting exceptions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and potentially oversee contract resources as the function grows.

A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Reporting & Analysis professional to support enterprise-wide reporting, data analysis, and reporting strategy.

This role will oversee a broad portfolio of operational, financial, and compliance reporting while partnering with business and technology teams to improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong SQL and analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to lead reporting initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation:

$100,000 to $160,000 annually

Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
